Cab Calloway School for the Arts and the Violette de Mazia Foundation is offering a course for 11th graders, “The Traditions of Art.” The course meets once a week on Thursdays at 12:45 p.m., September 6, 2007 – May, 2008.

Students discuss projected images, go on museum trips, and analyze objects that introduce them to the traditions of art and basic concepts in aesthetics.
